How to create and use the DidMed™? Labels
Below are the steps to create and use the DidMed™ labelsCreating a DidMed™ Label
- Take a printout of the DidMed Labels
- Cut the paper into the individual labels
- Take a label and fold it in the middle with the dashed lines facing out
- Cut along the two dashed lines or just the lower dashed line
- Unfold the label and the slit band is ready
- Cut a small paper and fold it to create a marker
- Slide one end of the marker through the slit band
- Wrap the label around the bottle
- If the gap between the ends is small, use a single tape and stick them to the bottle. If the gap is wider, stick each end separately. Make sure the label is stuck tight.
- Slide the marker from one end of the label to another to make it move freely. The marker can be attached either at the time of creating the label or after pasting it to the bottle. Follow whichever is convinient to you.
- Place the marker on the date when you have last taken the medicine.
- Everytime you take the medicine, slide the marker to that day/date.
